@cvfarming If you do decide to go down the physio route, Conner at Body and Motion Ltd (in Harrowbarrow - he's on Facebook) is brilliant - does only what is needed and gives you a exercise plan to go forward with. Other than that, I've heard using a rowing machine before work is a good.

Farmers are a stoic lot, not often ones to complain, but I've got to ask, does anyone else have the breaking strain of a wet paper bag? My back keeps going, pain down the back of left arm, right knee & under my ribs. 42 going on 142! What do you do to avoid the pains & strains?

@PerkinsLodge @willp6666 @PhilNash2 @FlockHealth I was part of the trail last year, and was really impressed with it. So I know the figures they are quoting are correct. We are using it again this year.

@willp6666 @PhilNash2 We're trialling Nobacz this year, so far it's performing far better than iodine & surgical spirit has done in the past. @FlockHealth did a lambing trial with it and showed reduced mortality with it, I'm hoping it'll reduce navel infections in the calves here

Today it has been announced that capital grants are on hold, due to budget constraints. The truth is in real terms the budget is 44% smaller than 2019 and now the schemes can't be delivered. This government's rural policy is in tatters, trust severely damaged.

@Longwool @CornwallCouncil I logged it with @CornwallCouncil last week. Meant to clear within 2 weeks...... Mine is on the to do list.

The countryside is becoming overrun with Ragwort @CornwallCouncil used to keep the verges clear. Now they just don’t bother. I’m keeping my road verges clear but it’s a losing battle when the council and other landowners don’t bother. Sheer bad management and laziness.
