@Creative_Michy @ThoughtPillow Agreed on 3uTools, I use it quite often for work. You can also perform a smart flash while retaining user data and fixing the battery issue, I think 1-2% variance is fine, but in this users case it is way off, 3uTools should fix that with said flash.
