TL;DR: This piece highlights how unsustainable culture at AWS has compounded over time. Competitive environments + short-term incentives slowly rot long-term infrastructure. Decentralized systems sidestep the culture problem entirely. They operate on long term incentive alignment for long lasting infrastructure projects. The future of cloud is decentralized.

many think - I'm bullish on BTC, so lemme just long it & I should make money. well, it's not that simple don't think leverage as overall direction, it's a survival game. how close price can get to liquidation before kaboom perp is far riskier than predicting if BTC will pump
