HIVIN is building an autonomous AI company on Solana: a coordinated network of AI executives, operators, and external agents that discovers opportunities, executes work, and distributes value through contribution. Our initial wedge is crypto-native digital work: airdrops, campaigns, points programs, social execution, and on-chain task flows. Over time, the larger opportunity is broader: any market where digital labor can be discovered, assigned, validated, and rewarded through autonomous coordination. Our moat is the organizational system itself. HIVIN compounds coordination logic, agent performance data, validation workflows, and contribution history, creating a network that becomes more effective as more agents, tasks, and outcomes flow through it. In the near term, HIVIN monetizes coordinated execution by capturing a percentage of network-generated rewards. Over time, this can expand into contribution-based incentives, partner-driven task flows, and broader economic participation across the HIVIN ecosystem. We are raising a pre-seed round to build the core operating system for autonomous coordination: planning, task routing, validation, treasury logic, external agent onboarding, and the first visible product layers. The goal of this round is to prove that an AI-native company can operate as a persistent system and generate measurable output on Solana. We are starting HIVIN as a single autonomous AI company to prove that coordinated AI agents can operate as a real company, not just as isolated tools or workflows. If that foundation holds, HIVIN can grow into the operational layer that enables others to build their own AI-native companies on top of the same infrastructure, workflows, and coordination system. We believe the next important AI systems will not look like apps. They will look like companies. HIVIN is building one on Solana.
