The Court of Appeal has rejected Mohammed Hijab’s application to appeal the High Court’s recent ruling against him. The application relates to Hijab’s failed efforts to sue me for libel. The court again deems Hijab’s arguments as “hopeless”, “doomed to fail”, and that his “evidence was worthless”. I've lived in Britain for 10 years now, after 30 years away In those 10 years I can honestly say that I've not heard 1 antisemitic comment in conversation or on the street Islamophobic and/or racist comments? Sadly, it's a daily occurrence Antisemitism is extremely rare here

@MikeWingerii We know many Muslims who are kind, decent people. Peaceful people who stand against injustice. There are many kinds of Muslims. Sufis, for example, are peace-loving. Your broad characterizations will lead to more & more divisiveness in this country. Jesus might want a word.

I remember in the days after 9/11, one of the major impacts on our country was that people started saying that we had to be nicer to Muslims. This was a major feature of public conversation and media/news. I’m all for being kind, loving, and gentle to all, as much as is within moral goodness. But, we should have had a major national awakening to the incredibly dangerous nature of Islam (a religious ideology and NOT a person). A danger that is truly built in to its teachings and the unerasable example of Mohammed and countless Muslims throughout history, including, today. This is not just a danger of “Islamic extremists,” or, even worse and more commonly stated, “religious extremists” in general. Instead, from the Whitehouse down we started saying “Islam is peace.” This refusal to touch Islam has existed even in the atheist and anti-religious crowd so that they collectively shrink Christianity and assure future Islamic terrors. Little did the atheists, for the most part, realize that their successful secularization of England would lead to the Islamification of England. Some disagree but I firmly believe there’s still time to turn to around. But it’s going to take courage.
