So can we like get an update on the direction of the story and whether it's in good hands or not? Because Epic laid off an amazing Narrative Director (who is the reason why the story is so good right now) along with the other 1k+ employees two weeks ago for no good reason. Like... who's directing the story now? Is it all on just the writers again? We need some transparency here because I find it super hypocritical that Tim claimed the story is a going to be the main focus for Epic, but they got rid of the Narrative Director & Lead Writer. I'm still very angry about the layoffs because none of it would've ever happened in the first place had Tim not been such a stubborn & impatient person with his metaverse. At least before Donald left Epic got Charlie for the time being who likely later on had Epic create a Narrative Director position because CCOs don't usually deal with storytelling. But now there's like nobody there from what we know other than the writers... So how can I believe that the story is now the main focus and it'll continue to do well moving forward if we don't even have a Narrative Director to help guide the writers?
