I think that Hypex is right, blocking mutuals or cuting off friends for a random meme skin that was portrayed to the game by actual artist is dumb af, just let the people spend their money however they want, if they are not buying it thousands of kids are going to either way

There's irony here. The overall anger of the community is due to the layoffs, which (per Tim) were due to low engagement. So how do these people want you fight back...by hating the game, not buying things and not playing the game which will lead to low engagement.
I made a post about me not boycotting Crew, because I still wanted to support the people left behind at Epic. People like Ted, Chris, hogman, etc. and most of the replies were beng called a Tim Sweeney d***rider. Those are the "bad actors" and performers trying to get an easy like.

Bro Hypex said nothing wrong. He's just simply tired of the overwhelming amount of virtue signaling and negativity from the community and he's not the only one. I know creators that have taken a break from twitter because the negativity is overwhelming.
We get it. Epic made some bad decisions and there are a couple of skins coming to the game you don't like. But Everyone hyper fixating on all these things isn't accomplishing anything.
All of you are well within your rights to express your feelings on all these matters, but I don't think it's producing positive outcomes for you or the community at this point.
