Let me be clear: the President of the country did not pay for Mama Joy's trips, despite what she may think. DSAC did. Both trips I could find info on from before my term were covered by the department. Her France trip alone cost R700k. I hope this matter can now be put to rest.

Some people have clearly forgotten that the SA rugby teams have much smaller budgets than the teams in France, England, Scotland and Ireland. Expecting an SA team to win the Investec Champions Cup is like expecting a Dutch or Portuguese club to win the UEFA Champions League

@scrumming_ten Those foreign teams have money for so many SH internationals. The rand being what it is will never attract enough foreign quality to compete fairly. I have no issue with coaches sending developing teams in the ECC in the future.
