@ndchiappini We have used Biorad SX range size exclusion for manual GPC columns. Works really well if you have a decent mass difference and the right gel for your mass range. Need long columns though, typically 100cm+ of gel bio-rad.com/en-uk/product/…

Potentially ignorant question: When a small molecule synthesis paper mentions using "GPC" for purification....what does that mean operationally? GPC immediately is like neon sign for POLYMERS and ANALYTICAL in my head.
