In rounding off the Easter break, I was delighted to join in the commissioning of landmark projects generously provided by some of our illustrious citizens, supporting our government’s efforts to bring development to the people of Edo State. At the Edo University Iyanmoh, I did the groundbreaking for a state-of-the-art Peter Omoh Dunia fitness center, commissioned the Ehi Agenmonmen Business Administration e-library and a top quality health center. I also pledged a ₦2 billion grant to support the delivery of critical infrastructure the school needs, in addition to increasing the university’s monthly subvention from ₦100 million to ₦250 million. We then proceeded to Auchi College, where we commissioned several alumni-driven projects, led by Peter Omoh Dunia, including an ICT Hall, Administrative Blocks, and a Sporting Arena, further expanding access to quality education and student development. These contributions from our citizens and corporate partners reflect growing confidence in our administration and a shared belief in the vision of a stronger, brighter Edo. Through our SHINE Agenda, we remain committed to building institutions that will sustain growth, opportunity, and excellence for generations to come.
