We have recently developed the CLfinder-OrthNet pipeline. This is useful to detect co-linearity among multiple closely related genomes, finds orthologous gene groups, and encodes the evolutionary history of each orthologue group into a network (OrthNet). academic.oup.com/dnaresearch/ad…
