Stopped Outreaching for a While... Since uploading my first video, I feel like having a personal brand is always more valuable. It's a logical trading of time. Either you do low volume and you come to them.. or they come to you Your choice.

This Hit Me HARD.. As a Video Editor I was working on my video and I've noticed something... "Visuals are only complimenting the story" -> went against my word Only bcs I was influenced by other editors to do those animations... Where in reality.. it lacks authenthicity.

Hard work does pay off. But none of those gurus are working 12h/a day Stop torturing yourself

@ToniVE_ I doubt it. Maybe 4-6h a day. But it's not sustainable to do 12h

@VFXFAHAD7 4 hours of focused work consistently everyday is better than 12 hours of 50% focused work. Value your mental health. You can get done so many things in 4 hours a day

@DavidB91682 If you’re not obsessed with your work, you’re not growing. The best don’t cap their grind at 8 hours. Passion makes 12-hour days feel like nothing
