This is a useful volume on eldership. It’s biblically grounded, practically realistic, & appropriately challenging. Good for both leaders & members to read.

Books on conversion are not aplenty, which is a shame. This is certainly among the best, however. The chapter titles alone provide a simple but robust theology of conversion. Yet more excellent work from 9Marks and Crossway.
