@SharkHomeUK spoke to customer service rep 3 weeks ago about an OoS replacement part for vacuum under guarantee. Stock alert set up, told to callback in 7 days if not in stock. 10 days later still not in stock, and still not 3 wks on Help, don't want to buy new as in guarantee.
