Il nuovo Digital Services Act #DSA, dopo il Digital Markets Act #DMA, mette al centro i bisogni di cittadini e consumatori. È la prima volta al mondo che un bilanciato quadro di regole viene introdotto per il web. Vedremo gli sviluppi. Ma questa è l’Europa che cambia il mondo.
