In this matter, the fact is that a lady Sub-Inspector was pregnant and had come for her medical check-up in a clinic as a normal citizen. She is not posted in that area as well and is a resident of nearby locality. She was accompanied by her husband, dressed in civil clothes, and was using her personal vehicle. At the time of the incident, she was not performing any official duty either. An altercation occurred between the lady Sub-Inspector and the shop owner, a senior citizen, regarding a parking issue. Wherein she allegedly said that she will remove the car in 5-10 minutes as she is going to see the doctor. Complaints from both parties were received at Police Station North Rohini. A case, FIR No. 180/2026 dated 05.04.2026 u/s 115(2)/126/351/3(5) BNS PS North Rohini has already been registered on the complaint of the senior citizen and action has been taken. Meanwhile, an enquiry is being conducted into the complaint filed by the lady SI.
