It is slowly dawning on some Russian bloggers what an absolute devastating loss the war is for Russia. Not a single strategic goal has been achieved, but a trillion USD wasted, plus more a million Russian casualties. The worst is even yet to come. The gap between Russia and the major economies in terms of technology is far greater than it was when the Soviet Union collapsed. Russia future is bleak and even some ardent Russian nationalists cannot mince words for what is coming.

Russian forces launched today a large armored assault of around 29 vehicles. Their aim was a flanking attack against Ukrainian lines in Shakhove and Volodymyrivka, some 18 km (11 miles) northeast of Pokrovsk. The assault failed, miserably. Ukrainian FPV drones were hitting armor, one by one. 12 Russian APCs and 2 MBTs were destroyed. Partially dismounted Russian human material from the destroyed vehicles was escaping on foot, but was in several cases successfully destroyed.

Russian sources are pledging Donald Trump has increased recent aid supplies to Ukraine despite counter signalling in communications. Significant amounts of equipment are alleged to have been sent to Ukraine.

Russian high up officials are not happy Trump is preparing to exchange aid for rare Ukrainian minerals and resources. Not the appeasement strategy they expected from Trumps administration at all.
