After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to retire from competitive League of Legends.
This offseason, I got offers that would’ve genuinely excited me in the past—but I’ve realized I’m just ready for a break from LoL. The constant moving and instability each year have made it hard to build a life outside the game. I’ve ended three relationships because of it, and it’s time to prioritize long-term stability.
I’m incredibly grateful for every teammate, coach, staff member, and player I’ve had the chance to work with. I’ve learned so much—not just about the game, but about myself—and I’ll always carry those memories with me.
Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey. It’s been a wild, beautiful ride.
I’ve already started a new chapter with a new job I’m excited to announce soon.

Not really sure how to write this post as it's always really hard to post stuff like this. This past Saturday my dad unexpectedly passed away and as someone who was the rock in our family it's been extremely hard to process everything without him. There are so many more things I wish I could've learnt from him and time I had to spend with him but alas such a sweet funny caring man was taken from us. The support from our extended family and the community dad was a part of has been a massive help and it's great to know how many people loved him. I'm extremely lucky to have grown up with a family who helped and cheered me on through my career and I hope I can become someone whom my dad can be proud of.

:(
He’s got an estimate of 4-6 weeks. Not really feasible to pursue chemo again so we’re just going for quality of life.
Thank you all for sharing in my joy with him during my early esports days. I wouldn’t be the person I am today if he didnt come into my life 12 years ago💛

“Hi Gayle, I just tried to call and let you know we have Kobe's results back. He is still in remission! Yay!! Warm regards, Caroline, AVC” He’s officially cleared for fortnightly blood tests, and only has to get them every 6 months or so now 🥰

I've been made redundant by @GamursCom today after three years with @DotEsports. Done by a 5:00pm email (no calls) and instant account-wide logouts, which was frankly disappointing considering my time with the company
So... looking for work — RTs very appreciated

@CarbonOCE Thanks for everything you've done for the OCE scene Tim 🐐

Today's a tough loss to deal with, our season is over and I'm sad because I truly think we could've made it a lot further as a team with the progress we were making especially in the latter half of this split. Everyone on the team worked their hearts out, I'm proud of the effort each player and staff member displayed day to day and I'm very grateful to have them around. I learned a lot about myself over this last year, experienced a rollercoaster of emotions and grew heavily as a person/player. I also got into the habit of exercising consistently from working out with the team which definitely helped my growth/mental a lot throughout the split and also helped me lose a ton of unhealthy weight so I'm grateful for being pushed in a positive direction. I also want to say thanks to those who supported the team and I throughout the year, and sorry to my teammates for performing poorly when it mattered the most.
