@Detroit2Cycle I've tried it a few times. Seems like it just doesn't get that 'tang' to it. Wonder if there is a certain cabbage variety that is better than some? Will give it another whirl this summer.

Sauerkraut. The process has begun. The first one I’ve ever done. Hopefully it comes out good. I’ll make it once a week to keep a steady supply. Red cabbage is next. The leftover salted cabbage is good too. Good morning and have a wonderful Sunday! 🌞
