INC Started this Lazy Politics in 90s. At that point of time BJP was just a 20% Party. INC thought opposing what ever BJP says will consolidate other 80%. The Strategy worked around next 25 Years. BJP silently increased Votebase and Won 2014 Election. But INC hasnt changed..
