May be the scrupulous elements involved in some of these crimes are north indians but the punishments should be vigorous and painful that nobody else should think of molesting a girl. I can see some news channels reporting TVK person molested a girl. But when a DMK person does the same it is getting reported as "simply molested". The so called media ethics is getting worst day by day in Tamilnadu.
