A powerful chicken heading a certain agency reported this account leading to a lockout. As of now, the account is under a strangling throttle force.
The "offending" tweet (which i can't post due to the draconian regulations, is innocuous and totally harmless banter).
An attempt was made thereafter by an interested party to install surveillance software on my devices. The software drained the battery from 87 to 0% within minutes. The phone overheated & i count it as damaged beyond repair. Who has that capacity in KENYA?

@DictatorWatch how do they install a surveillance software remotely? you clicked some link?

It was a scam from the very beginning. A lego city by "Genius Ndemo". They were initially caught but the case was thrown by Tobiko who promised a vigorous "appeal" that, like many others, never came. Whenever the 2010 constitution is reviewed by a pro-people government the post of ODPP must be thoroughly reformed

Konza city might be a long term con btw.

Raphael Tuju's story is a Movie.
During Jubilee days, Raphael was living in a rented property owned by a mzungu in Karen, suddenly when they fell out with those who were in power with him, he heard that someone wanted to buy the property from mzungu and at that time he did have money. The other person had the money.
Tuju then decided to approach EADB Bank for a quick loan to buy the property himself. The idea he had at the time was to buy the property then develop it by building housing units and sell to recover money to pay back the loan. The Bank promised to give Tuju money in 2 phases; Ksh932M to buy the property and a further Ksh270M to develop housing units on the said land in Karen (later claimed it was Ksh290M).
EADB Bank paid Ksh932M directly to the seller(mzungu) but failed to disburse Ksh270M for Tuju to develop houses. Those who wanted the property had already gone ahead of Tuju and found a loophole in the loan arrangement. Tuju's agreement on Ksh270M was just verbal, no signed documents or whatsoever anywhere.
The bank upon paying mzungu chose to deny Tuju the extra Ksh270M and Tuju took them to court. Remember throughout this time, The Bank has the tittle deed. Unfortunately, Tuju lost at High Court of Kenya, rushed to Supreme Court of Kenya, lost the case again. Took the case to a court in London where mzungu was residing, lost the case again and that's how EADB Bank won and decided to auction the property.
The property has already been auctioned and those who wanted to buy it then have successfully purchased it through Stabex International Limited.

There's a lot of blame to go around. What speed do you think the motorcyclist was doing? What's the speed limit in a built-up area? At most, the police will classify it as a "traffic accident." In decent countries, charges will start from manslaughter to murder.

What has just happened? But why would one be on the phone when crossing a busy road? Her situational awareness was zero, even though the rider was speeding.
