the team that scaled Coinbase and Walmart's paid social just became available to the public that sentence shouldn't make sense but it does now I'm watching brands spending $250K+/mo get weekly creative strategy from the same team that managed $350M+ in ad spend for Fortune 500s not consulting calls or audits. actual weekly ad production. Airpost launched with 150+ expert strategists (who've previously scaled the biggest brands in the world) and they're now producing ads for brands for a fraction of cost they built a hybrid AI + people system that makes ads with taste. AI does the heavy lifting while their fstrategists ensure a human-in-the-loop you submit your brief -> they analyze your winners -> AI generates strategic variations -> experts refine everything -> you get 10-100+ performance-ready ads delivered weekly what used to cost $250K/month in agency retainers now costs a fraction and moves 10x faster instead of junior creative team guessing what might work, you get strategists who've managed hundreds of millions in ad spend analyzing your patterns and generating concepts that actually convert and instead of 5-10 ads per month and 2-week production cycles you get 50-100+ expert-reviewed variations per week this is like having Walmart's creative team on 1/10th the payroll I created a Facebook Ads Spy Agent that tracks your competitor’s ads and generates insights to keep you ahead of the curve. I’m giving it away for free for the next 24 hours Like + comment “Airpost” and I’ll DM you

Today, we’re launching Airpost. I’m 46. That’s not a cool age to found a startup. At least according to Twitter. I still call it Twitter. I’ve loved advertising all my life. Since I was 19 and my mom told me about a movie called “Nothing in Common” with Tom Hanks where he plays an ad exec whose main job seems to be shooting hoops with his creative partner. That sounded fun. Since then, traditional advertising has stayed… traditional. From my 1st job out of college writing TV ads for Snapple and Fox Sports, to leading product marketing at Airbnb, I’ve seen a lot. Now the AI era is here and an entire $1T industry is about to change. Who will change it? Why not me? Why not us? Introducing Airpost: a platform and service where world-class creative strategists use custom-built AI to build video ads. Fast. If you’ve ever sat down to make an ad with AI and realized 20 minutes later you’re still wrestling with that same clip… that’s why we built Airpost. Growth teams are busy. They’re asked to do too many things as it is. They shouldn’t have to be AI experts as well. Creative strategists shouldn’t have to stare at a white box trying to decide what to prompt. They should have a partner. That’s what we aspire to be. And that’s what we’ve built our tech to do. AI ads shouldn’t have to mean only AI footage. We have an exclusive library of over 300,000 video clips we’ve shot ourselves. Our engine uses these, along with client footage and AI footage to make the ads we deliver each week. We’re funded by the best investors and humans we know. We bootstrapped our performance creative agency, Ready Set, to 200 people. I was always told VCs didn’t add value. If that’s true, it must be other VCs, because ours have been awesome. Thank you Zach Perret, Nate Abbott, Peter Hebert, Max Mullen and all of the firms and folks who’ve believed in us so far. We’ve gone from 0 to $1M ARR in the six months since we quietly started working with early clients like DoorDash, Dr. Squatch, Calm and more. So far, every customer has renewed. To celebrate the launch, we’re giving away a superagent where you: 1) Put in your product URL 2) Get snippets of what your real users are saying on Meta, TikTok, Reddit and X 3) Paste them into ad scripts Comment “Airpost” and I’ll DM you the private link. It feels (a little scary but) good to be out there. Here we go! 🚀

I found a creative strategist that works 24/7, never sleeps, and sends me winning ad angles every morning in Slack. It's called Parker, and it changed how I do creative research. Instead of spending hours digging through reviews, comments, and competitor ads, I just ask Parker things like: "Monitor every viral TikTok in the creatine niche, find the top-performing hooks, and rewrite them as scripts mapped to creators who match our brand." What makes it different from just using Claude or GPT: - trained on 12+ months of real DTC creative strategy SOPs - actually connects to your ad comments, reviews, and dashboards - generates hooks that have driven real revenue (one brand attributed $21k of $34k weekly spend to Parker-generated hooks) - lives in Slack so insights come to you vs. you hunting for them The outputs on my partner Parker’s posts are sharper and less fluffy than anything I've gotten from Claude. It really feels like talking to a senior strategist, not an AI chat. If you're still doing creative research manually or prompting generic AI tools for ad ideas... it’s over. comment “Parker”, follow + repost and I’ll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I noticed something weird about the ads that get 10M+ views. While most brands randomly animate everything hoping something works, viral ads follow a precise psychology pattern. Here's what I discovered: → They never animate text (protects cognitive load - Daniel Kahneman's research) → They focus motion on ONE primary element (leverages attention theory from William James) → They use specific timing that triggers dopamine release (based on BF Skinner's variable reward schedules) Most animated ads fail because they create visual chaos that overloads working memory. The brands crushing it with animated ads use Notch's Animated Ads feature, where they're giving away a master prompt system built on decades of behavioral psychology research from Stanford and MIT. No more guessing what motion will work. No more paying $5K for animations that flop. No more static ads getting buried in feeds. I'm giving away their complete Animated Ads Master Prompt guide that reveals the exact animation psychology. This is the same system top agencies use to create scroll-stopping animated creatives that convert. Want the viral animation playbook? Comment "NOTCH" + RT + Like I'll DM you the master prompt guide (Must be following so I can DM) Skip this and keep wondering why your animated ads don't work.

@iamkondasurekha forest dept in kbr park is watering the 6 km pathway every single day & wasting millions of litres of water. Can you please instruct the authorities to stop this immediately? When asked they say that it's being done so dust is not raised when people are walking

Parents who have children with special needs – also have special needs. They need to know more than the average parent. They need to do more than the average parent. They need more patience than the average parent and so much more! #autismawareness #autism #autismacceptance #auti

I think the hardest part of having a child with a delay of any kind is the fight: The fight for services. The fight for people to understand who your child is and what they need. The fight for knowledge, because knowledge is power. And the quite fight you have within yourself won

When you have a special child with invisible needs, the world doesn’t understand our challenges. They don’t feel our pain or the joy for the smallest bit of progress. This is a secret world that only those who live in similar circumstances can understand. #autismawareness #autism
