@DirectAxis I find it absolutely unacceptable that you debit my account early with no agreement or approval from me! I know have to wait 24 to 48 hours for the debit order to be reversed!! Really inconvenient!!

@DirectAxis has the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’ve been calling them for hours and on the occasions I was actually put through to their claims department and in the process of a claim I they hung up on me twice. I would advise you to never use them. NEVER!
