I get that a lot of my fellow Chiefs fans don’t like my stance on the Delane trade/draft pick… Just like they didn’t like my stance on trading up for a QB in 2017. Just like they didn’t like my stance on the 2023 WR room. Just like they didn’t like my stance that the Chiefs would pay Chris Jones. Just like they didn’t like stance on trading Trent McDuffie. I’ll leave it there.

Cornerback has been a rotating position for the Chiefs since 2018 and they went to 7 straight AFC championships. 5 Super Bowls and won 3 of them doing it that. Now they trade up 3 spots in the top 10, giving up 3 picks in the process….to take a cornerback. I don’t care of Mansoor Delane becomes Deion Sanders, he doesn’t fill the Chiefs biggest need to get back into Super Bowl contention. I couldn’t be more angry than I am right now.
