Delighted to interact with the young IAS officer trainees at the @DoLR_MoRD, @MoRD_GoI. Nation-building happens not only in Parliament or policy rooms, but in villages, districts, and among people at the grassroots. Encouraged the officers to lead with integrity, empathy, patience, and accountability, while embracing technology to deliver transparent and efficient governance. India’s journey towards #ViksitBharat2047 will be driven by public servants who combine competence with compassion. గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ పరిధిలోని Department of Land Resources లో శిక్షణ పొందుతున్న యువ IAS అధికారులతో ఆత్మీయంగా సమావేశమయ్యాను. దేశ నిర్మాణం కేవలం పార్లమెంట్‌లో లేదా పాలసీ గదుల్లో మాత్రమే జరగదు… గ్రామాల్లో, జిల్లాల్లో, ప్రజల మధ్య జరిగే సేవ ద్వారానే నిజమైన మార్పు వస్తుంది. ప్రజాసేవలో నిజాయితీ, మానవత్వం, సహనం, బాధ్యతతో ముందుకు సాగాలని అధికారులకు సూచించాను. అదే సమయంలో పారదర్శకత, వేగవంతమైన సేవల కోసం టెక్నాలజీని సమర్థంగా వినియోగించుకోవాలని తెలియజేశాను. “వికసిత భారత్ 2047” లక్ష్యం సాధించాలంటే సామర్థ్యంతో పాటు ప్రజల పట్ల మానవత్వం కలిగిన అధికార వ్యవస్థ అవసరం.
