Harsh truth Just because you’ve studied Mark Douglas Does not mean you’ve mastered trading psychology That’s just the tip of the iceberg You don’t master trading psychology by learning from someone else You master it by looking inwards and learning from yourself By being brutally honest and holding yourself accountable By documenting every thought, emotion and action you experience whilst trading until you have enough data to identify patterns that need rewired And then actually doing the work to rewire them It’s not a comfortable process but that’s why 90% of traders lose Because they aren’t willing to set their ego aside and confront the worst parts of themselves in order to improve So if you truly want to master trading psychology The bad news is you won’t find the answers in a course, book or YouTube video But the good news is you already have access to the answers in your data You just need to be brave enough to look
