Dear Dreamweek Team & Sho, thank you for honoring me with the Voice Award! Just Wow! For those of you reading this, NO, it has nothing to do with me being loud (97 decibels,) at least I don’t think so, but maybe it helps 😁. I know what Dreamweek stands for. With over 250 events, It brings people together with differing points of view both extreme and moderate & helps us all engage, understand, and most importantly listen through conversation. In a world where social media only fuels anger & confirms bias with perfectly calculated algorithms, these types of events and gatherings are crucial & beautiful to remind us that there can be Civil Discourse. One’s mind may or may not be changed here on a certain topic but changing someone’s mind is never the goal but instead to open them. These conversations make it easy to undersrand how Ancira and other companies like us employ those that are far left , far right , & everything in between. We employ many of various backgrounds that by media standards should be in conflict with each other & in a knock down drag out fight on the showroom floor but instead our team works in concert to provide a great experience for the customer, other team members & continuously improve & grow their own quality of life.
