@Dez_Walker Maybe, I dont know. Coaching can only do so much. At some point players gotta execute. Not Days fault the kicker missed a chip shot. Could he be better? Sure. But hes still a top 5 coach.

@Dustin_Markward But think about that… outside of Mendoza and Cooper, who can you name on that Indiana team? It’s coaching. Cignetti is the best coach in the country. If the rosters were switched, could Day do what Cignetti did? I don’t believe there’s ANY way he is even close to that success.

@Dez_Walker And they did win with the talent they had 2 years ago. Ya I did question the game plan of Day and the staff vs IU and UM. Felt very much like the UM game 2 seasons ago. But hey theyll be ok. Ill take Day over most of these guys.

@Dustin_Markward Yes, and flaunting the elite level of skill players AFTER they leave and didn’t net a conference championship is STILL a weird flex. Why couldn’t they win with all that talent? That’s what I’ve CONSISTENTLY talked about with Ryan Day.

@tomstakes I need our GM to care about winning football games. DAL has spent the least amount of money in Free Agency over the last 6 seasons.

If your QB isn’t giving your GM an advantage then idc who you think he’s better than. Unless he’s good enough to not need the same team as the 2024 Eagles to win, then you’re in the same boat.

We’ve got to stop forcing trade-up scenarios. Sit at 12. Take the best defensive player on your board and move on. If anything, trade back, not up. This roster has too many holes to be giving away picks just to chase one guy. There’s a good chance Bain, Downs, or Delane is still there at 12. Every year, the top 10–12 gets weird. Someone always slides, and someone always gets overdrafted.

@Ender444X @tomstakes But I think we do need to give Hurts credit for part of that success. His style of play and his performance in the SB and NFC title games were pretty good. But you also need the team to step up and they did too.

@tomstakes I wouldnt give a shit if my team had a quarterback get carried and won the Super Bowl. I would just care we won. I would however recognize that my quarterback isn’t top 5 because his TEAM won. Not saying hurts is bad at all, but he wasn’t the reason you won.

@Ender444X @tomstakes I dont understand why people are so invested in giving credit or blame to players.. who cares just give me the results. A lot of good players in sports never won, doesnt mean they suck or should be shamed.

@cape_wrestles Rock interfering to set up a possible match 1 year later makes no sense.

The way I see it, it should go two ways. Hear me out. - Punk retains due to Rock attacking Roman. Sets up Rock vs Roman at WM 43 (last chance to do this probably) - If Roman wins, Punk takes a long vacation and comes back as a heel. Personally I would like to see the first one.

I'm really curious to see how #Cowboys fans react to them potentially passing on Rueben Bain at No. 12. Everyone is all-in on Christian Parker, but I wonder if the vibe changes if they pass on Bain because of traits/fit....
