Hello. My name is Kendra Frazier, I am homeless and I live in a shelter. I have a chronic illness and I am exhausted and sick. I don’t have the energy to make a fancy flyer I don’t have the energy to come up with an urgent prompt I don’t have the energy to campaign I really need financial help in this situation and I have been afraid to ask. But that’s all I feel I can do at this point: Ask for help, despite the shame of judgement. So if you are able to help, my goal is $300. Then I will have $600 to my name to use for food and transportation. If you can donate, even a dollar, everything counts and I will be eternally thankful for any help from my community. I can’t do this on my own anymore Venmo: Kendrafrzr Paypal: knf@usf.edu Cashapp: Phenixfire99

This racially coded language. He sending signal to racist white ppl. Robert E. Lee was a traitor and he and the rest of the Confederacy should have been punished more harshly. Every plantation should have been leveled to ground.

Trump on Civil War: Why couldn't that have been settled? Maybe it could have been. Robert E. Lee was an amazing general. He took something that was supposed to end in a day and made it last four years. If Gettysburg didn’t happen, he would’ve won.

I think we look at racism in the region with rosy lens because for many racism isn’t as overt anymore in comparison to our pre-independence eras. And moreover in many instances segregation is no longer race-based, but has been replaced by systemic class-based prejudice.

Caribbean people usually do not segregate themselves because we are one people…… we have all races here.

The worst part is playing the role doesnt guarantee success just possibly boosts your chances. the role doesnt just equal code switching either. Like i said certain phrases that signal you arent a problem. Things that you're willing to do that signal your ok to have around etc

Dont be one of those niggas who forgets that theyre playing a role. As a young person its easy laugh and call it code switching. But look at all these old wealthy black people who have been corporate since their 20s. They arent code switching anymore this is who they are now

The role itself is just everything you are taught to survive and succeed in the white world. What is acceptable to say or do. The phrases that we say to white people to confirm we arent a problem or threat at work or otherwise. All of this is ingrained in us like brainwashing

Black people are taught from young to play the role subconsciously to the point when u become an adult u arent aware your playing the role. Until u have kids and they dont play the role so u have to correct it. It's also taught in movies and TV shows

All of my experience with whites has told me that they are ALL racist. White people dont see racism as a big deal. Some are more upfront than others but they all expect black people to play a role. If you dont play the role they will come for you. Left or right it doesn't matter

I had a white dude tell me he thought all black people should be killed on a customer service call. All I did was say "thats understandable" to his political opinions and have no emotional reactions to anything he said. They believe we exist to cater to them this shit isn't hard

If you want to truly understand how whites think of you either stay silent as possible and let them run their mouth or agree with every political opinion they have and let them get comfortable. They'll tell you everything. This is how I learned what I know about the white race

the negative reactions we have to racism are the focus and not the racism itself. While also making it seem like they're trying to make us feel better and help. The white person never faces consequences, and the non-white person is pacified by a lie. The game continues

The only time whites will admit racism is when it is blatantly obvious such as racial slurs. Even then they wont correct the white person. They'll turn to the non white person and say "he's ignorant, its not all of us". This is another subtle way of protecting eachother
