Key lessons: NFT Marketing 1. Don't pay for influencers to shill your project; you won't get the followers you're looking for. 2. Show the art! If you have a good product, the people will come. 3. Adapt to your community. If you didn't plan for *these* fans, change the plan.

I've been saying that knowledge in the NFT space is the most valuable asset. Starting to think there's another that's at least on par: trust. Everyone in this space has been rugged. Trust is invaluable. Anonymity is okay— just be genuine.

Late night thought from behind the scenes of building a NFT brand. Devs != gods. We're people behind a screen, just like you. If you join a project and the devs are acting like gods, you should probably get out of there. Find one with devs who engage with you, human to human.
