@southernldy32 sadly no. this symbol comes up when I hover over the 'messages' icon - the hashtag symbol. It's like DM is unavailable to me

@traceythurman sadly i did not and twitter didn't help me. I altered my message settings it has no effect on accessing messaging section tho

@srzulawinski believe me it's not that. It's the 'messages' icon at the top of your page, I click on it, then it dont go to messages

@Support when i click on 'messages' icon only a grey screen appears. I can't access my direct messages. Help please.

@1Dpanda78 it's not that. If I click on the 'messages' icon or the direct messages option on any user then nothing works.
