That was when the 5G theories began. Some online claimed the towers nearby had to be involved, arguing that if animals are showing strange physical changes, then people should be asking harder questions about what constant exposure might mean for everything living around them. Others pushed back just as hard, saying one strange-looking bird is not proof of anything and that deformities, injuries, camera distortion, or even editing can all make footage look far more shocking than it really is.
