@eonoxd @drewlevin hırt#sîken is D3 duoing with a E1, which is allowed per Riot's FAQ duo restrictions. A D3 can duo with someone -2 divisions, so E1 and above. The yuumi was E1 then promoted to D4. After playing YOUR game, the booster got hit with a suspension and his rank demoted to Silver.
