@RickSegall According to POCSO act there should be skin to skin contact for it to qualify as sexual abuse. It was not proved in this case..It is only consider ASSAULT without that. Here law has become theoretical and not practical.

@dentallyyours @RickSegall But in so many cases from the court a judgement that leads to the correction of law has taken place why didn't she do that. There are countless number of crimes. In that there are some which not fall under any law but that doesn't means it's not a crime.
