And still no idea when you'll get it? I was told without talking to a passport official it takes 35 business days. I'm hoping my calls and urgency gets it faster.

@JenHamMcCharles The person handed the toll free number--the very same one I have only been able to get through once, with 617 people ahead of me--and that was that. I cancelled my trip.

@JenHamMcCharles Was my application denied? Is it en route? Did it get lost? When will it come? No idea. And I can't do anything about it but wait and hope that the blind waiting will pay off. I am not so convinced it will. :(

@JenHamMcCharles What's WILD is I can't get in touch with anyone who can confirm. The one time (!!) I managed to get into the toll free line's queue, there were 617 (!!!!!) people in front of me. I waited about an hour, where 100 people or so got through, before hanging up.

@JenHamMcCharles I'm no mathematician but I can confirm that as someone with a job, I don't have SIX HOURS to wait for an answer. But then I admit that I expected someone, anyone, to respond to my online queries---three weeks and counting, not a peep yet.

We've cancelled a trip too! Did they say when you should get your passport?

@PassportCan Thanks Passort Canada! My passport is now 3 weeks late and I can't get through to speak to someone, haven't had a response to my online query, was told by the office they couldn't help me, and as a result had to cancel a trip. What a disaster.

An anonymous person has placed signs in 5 different areas throughout the city advising people of prominent families who have had streets named after them. These families were all owners of black and indigenous salves. This latest sign was placed on Baby Point Rd.

I feel like many people would be understanding and patient but zero communication makes it almost feel like our money has been stolen. I paid over $100 for an order for my single-income family and I worry I won’t ever see that money again.

@handmethattazer @TakeCareSupply @globalnewsto I submitted my order April 3, no response to emails or tweets 🤨. No issues charging people immediately but can't be bothered to respond and be accountable to consumers. Super disappointed. You can see many customers with the same questions.
