@ExideCare I booked a doorstep service request yesterday for a car battery issue. Despite calling customer service three times, I have not received any update or callback regarding the visit. The nearby Exide dealer is also unable to help as they do not have spare batteries.

As per dealer claims, battery replacement is in process and would take more 3-4 days. I have checked at other dealer and they informed replacement takes max 2 days. I have tried to connect customer care number but not found correct options to connect and get support.

@ExideCare had purchased a car battery for my Skoda superb. The battery had gone down twice. It is still under warranty. And the dealer says, the replacement will take another 7 days. Pathetic.

@ExideCare A battery purchased just 1& 1/2 months back for inverter is not keeping charge. U made the complaint process erratic & confusing for a common person. The dealer is now rightly saying " who told you to choose Exide?" Please replace the battery asap, it's extreme summer.

@ExideCare I think there are serious R&D issues with your inverter, I purchased it but it is not working properly, no reset button working, frequently shifting from main to ups even if the main line is there, technician is helpless, now could you pls do something! Ref-03852308.

Very poor service from @ExideCare. My inverter is faulty and no technician has visited despite many complaints. I have all records saved. If not resolved soon, I’ll take legal action through Consumer Court and NCH. Worst customer experience.

Your Technician took Our battery to the service centre, namely Nazir Dar(+918082934174)on 14/05/2026 and assured he will return the same within three days unfortunately neither he returned it yet nor he his pickup the phone. You have a pathetic service in kashmir.. @ExideCare
