UPDATE: Brotherly feud gets one brother shot by neighbors and one on the run Early Tuesday in Houston’s Hiram Clarke neighborhood, Leontay Wade, who had just been in a street fight with his brother, desperately banged on neighbors’ doors begging for help and asking them to call 911. Ring doorbell video captured Wade running from house to house after his brother allegedly tied up and beat their mother for six hours the day before. When Wade started banging on a neighbor’s door, another homeowner thought he was trying to break in and shot him multiple times. Wade is in critical condition. Kenneth Jolivet fled the scene and remains at large. The mother claims the feud started over their rival smoke shops. The shooter has not been charged.

NEW: Southwest Houston homeowner shoots intruder multiple times after he kicks in door and forces entry Early Tuesday morning just before 4 a.m., a man in his 20s forced his way into a home in southwest Houston. The resident saw the man outside in her Ring camera, then the intruder kicked in the door and entered. The homeowner shot him multiple times. The injured man was critically wounded with visible head injuries and was transported to a hospital. A second suspect, wearing a black mask and dressed in black, fled the scene and remains at large. Police are reviewing surveillance video.
