Chunkies and gathering times You will be able to send parties of Chunkies to gather a resource from all available mines in a settlement with different quest durations. The resources gathered increase linearly with time, but longer missions spend a bit more $SILA per gathered resource. The number of resources below is per chunky sent, you may send all the Chunkies you have in a settlement to a single resource if you want to. It’s up to you to make sure you will not send them for too long to a mine they will quickly deplete. * 30m mission: Costs 5 $SILA, you get up to 10 Resources * 1h mission: Costs 12 $SILA, you get up to 20 Resources * 4h mission: Costs 60 $SILA, you get up to 80 Resources * 8h mission: Costs 150 $SILA, you get up to 160 Resources * 24h mission: Costs 500 $SILA, you get up to 480 Resources Enable notifications to avoid missing all the important info in preparation for Skybreach! #Web3Gaming #BuildOnBase

Surveying has a base time of 1 hour per plot. This time is divided by the number of chunkies you send. For example, a 10 lands settlement surveyed by 1 chunky will take 10 hours to survey. The same settlement surveyed by 10 chunkies will take just 1 hour. This is a 2 step process. First, the game will lock the lands, chunkies and kanarias and produce a settlement NFT. Next, it will reveal the resources and abundance of each land and unlock chunkies and kanarias to move to other settlements, or leave Skybreach (spoiler alert: you won't want them to leave). Chunkies and kanarias staked for the first time, are dropped immediately to the land you send them, but moving them around Skybreach takes time, with chunkies being able to cross the entire Skyland in around 12.5h, while kanarias can do it in only 2.5h. You might think to just unstake them and drop them into any other land, but think twice. There's a time penalty for leaving skybreach of 10h for chunkies and 2h for kanarias. Do not worry, you can retrieve your NFTs immediately as long as they are not surveying or in any active quest, but if you want to stake them again, you will have to wait for the penalty time to pass. When you send your chunkies and kanarias to survey a settlement, the maximum travel time is added to the survey time. So if your furthest chunky is 10h away, this time will be added to the survey time. This means you have two options: 1. Buy tons of chunkies and kanarias to have them everywhere, or 2. Have a few of them and plan carefully the path to survey all your settlements as shown in the image. If you have groups of lands in different sides of the map, it might pay to have a group for each. PS. The brave chunkies fighting in the dungeons for you, are already staked at (167,160)

Settlements is where everything will happen: staking RMRK, gathering resources, building temples, mines, refineries, adding decoration, launching expeditions and more. You can create a settlement starting with a single land, but bundling more lands will give you certain bonuses (turn on notifications to find them in the next days!) To create a settlement, you need to send at least a chunky to survey a group of of adjacent lands. The shape is free, but surrounded lands will get an adjacency bonus which will give them the possibility to build higher buildings. Each land has a base height depending on its rarity, and the adjacency bonus will add to that. #Web3Gaming #BuildOnBase

Every land must be surveyed before further use in skybreach. This process will lock all individual lands into SkyBreach and produce a settlement NFT which can be traded. In the process, you will discover exactly what materials and with what abundance each of your land has. This assignment is permanent, recreating them will not roll the dice again. The materials and abundance depend on the resource diversity, abundance and biome of each land.
