what if, we build a crypto app where users have no idea it’s crypto defi rails in the background, no wallets, no signing. this is the only way normies actually use this stuff… Who is building this?

HR: What are your salary expectations? Candidate: 250,000 per month. HR: We really liked your profile, but it's a little over our current budget. Candidate: I really like this role. If 240,000 is okay, I'm willing to adjust. HR: Great. Let's finalize at 220,000. The candidate agreed—a little hesitant, but remained hopeful. Later in the office: "Position filled," HR reported. “The budget was 280,000 — the deal closed at 220,000. Saved 60,000 per month!” HR Manager: “Excellent. This was a very smart hiring move.” A few weeks later… The newly hired employee learns the truth — that colleagues in the same role are earning 270,000 to 280,000. 1. Motivation erodes 2. Trust erodes 3. Performance plummets 4. Resignations ensue And this is how the company returns to zero: - Another vacancy - Another recruitment cycle - More onboarding costs - All the time and productivity wasted Really? 👉 Underpaying talented professionals doesn't save anything—it only delays the cost. 👉 If you want to retain top talent, compensate them fairly from day one. They don't just bring skills—they also bring stability, loyalty, and long-term value. Have you seen such a situation in your career life?

There's been a lot of chatter about Prisoner's Dilemma on the Red Chain lately. Of course we aren't the only one to have introduced this, but it should be noted that we implemented game theory and mechanics into both the initial $FLD launch through our NFT release in 2023, but also with Level the following year. The key takeaways should be that we created the original environment, and allowed the community to have some say in its evolution. This video clearly demonstrates that our win-win (non zero-sum) approach is likely the best environment, and also that the players of this "game" will do better using generous strategies as opposed to defective ones. There are key statements in this video that emphasize that, although this video has absolutely nothing to do with @LabNinety1. See how many you can find: youtu.be/mScpHTIi-kM?si…

I wonder when it will sink in for the @avax community how many abstracted wallets will be on-boarded to the red chain. We told you it was time for our Lab to scale...well, here's the third vertical with which we're engaging. $FLD $FATE

Not too many projects have multi-dimensional mechanics such that one needs to use non-orientable surfaces and topological shapes as visual representations of its depth.

Always enjoy helping host community calls with the @LabNinety1 community. There’s always lots to talk about and more being built. Soulbound.live is going to be sweet for music and events industries. The recording for the call is in both the LabNinety1 and Fate TGs. :]

Yesterday's @LabNinety1 TG call in the @FATEonchain Community chat covered a lot of content. One thing we discussed was the relationship(s) between $FLD and $FATE, and there are so many intricacies that fit together that it can be sometimes hard to describe without some visual aid. It got me thinking... it's a bit like a Mobius Strip, where the loop pathway never crosses a boundary, but still manages to accommodate both sides. We also briefly discussed Gimbal, but that's still heavily [REDACTED], but suffice it to say we're adding another dimension that you'll never be able to see, only probably conceptualize... that's more like, well, a Klein Bottle. I hope everyone enjoys the weekend.
