SORRY, BABY - Wondrous, wondrous cinema! Eva Victor you broke my heart. A film that makes you hold your hand to your chest and weep😭. A cinematic experience I haven’t felt in ages. Captures all pain of being born into a scary world where life can be scary and unpredictable but reminds us that hope and healing are possible through the power of connection and being truly heard. Just a purely groundbreaking approach to exploring themes of sexual assault and trauma, with such devastating sincere honesty and innovative directorial techniques and writing. Reckoning with the reality of being seen yourself as a victim. Just how it balances all of these moments with open-hearted sharp humor and sobering darkness is plain masterful. This is a film that will mean everything to so many. 2025 will be the year of Eva Victor, mark my words❤️
