@sunsethollanov i mean the first time when F and H made the statement and the rest of the cast/crew shared it the most problematic "fans" ignored it... if the situation worsen maybe legal action will be the solution (it's sad especially for a show about positivity and inclusion).

Even a person like Kip is already struggling, so waiting another 3 years in that kind of relationship seems impossible.

If you think about it, this was the moment Scott and Kip's relationship ended.

@thelinnbush @Bubblesa3b yeah more or less like in the book where kip's family and their close friends are aware of the relantionship. it was enough for kip at that time but is was mainly with the promise of scott to come out in the near future. they maybe stayed in touch during his undergrad.

@FelipeMarch2 @Bubblesa3b The only thing that makes any sense to me is that they got back together and negotiated a closed door relationship, with Kips trusted friends and family all in the know. I think Kips dad being with them at Scott’s game was meant to be a nod that they’re back together and he knows

@Bubblesa3b if we get skip in season 2 i would like to have a bit of info in what happened in the 3 year gap because it's a quite a change from the books.

@Bubblesa3b it's like 50/50 it was this for Kip (plus the rejection to his birthday invite) and the speech Elena gave to Scott (even with the best of intentions) that made Scott realize that he couldn't give kip the relationship he deserved.
