Mystery: The Opera UI process (not sandboxed) is unable to call SendInput, which fails with ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED. The error is returned in win32kfull!xxxInternalKeyEventDirect: RtlAreAllAccessesGranted(thread_info->amdesk, DESKTOP_JOURNALPLAYBACK) Any idea what mitigation is that?

@GabrielLandau I mean, I am able to fetch it _somehow_ manually, of course. That's not what I want though. I want to do it programmatically, and ideally with as little dependencies (and bandwidth) as possible.

Does anybody know a way how to download WDK (headers are just fine) on a non-Windows machine? Something like xwin, but also for WDKs.
