How can 4th official decide not to add any time after raft of subs at City? Ignoring laws. Doesn't affect result. But could deny many puntets waiting for another shot/foul/card/goal. And Premier League receives millions from bookies.

@FootballWorldTM @Voice4theDead If you love someone, you would not do that to them. You'd try to be as dignified as possible. Why not just give them a shed-load of sleeping tablets and then cover their airways when they're unconscious? It would be painless and cause no bloodshed.
