@BubbaTheeTiger Ye when the weight gets too high, a ton of people will swing their body weight back. That’s a fun way to mess up your lower back but does very little to nothing for actual lats 😬

@ItsMoejave Generally when you’re getting started, the aim is not weight loss. But staying around the same weight to put on lean tissue and lose fat at the same time until you plateau. Only then are bulks and cuts done

@FuzzNox so sorry if this is a dumb question, but say i have no issues with cravings and can control myself to go exactly for what I need, then the goal would just boil down to eat less calories if cutting and more if youre bulking right (obv within a specific range ofc just summarizing)

@FuzzNox If I’m being honest, I’ve been getting to the point where I think it’s simply just genetics. I mean, I’ve been eating nothing but pretty much chicken and salad for over a year and I still don’t think I look desirable.
