@GFMpodcast It's really great so far! I appreciate that it has various levels of intensity and asks you at the beginning of the workout if it is too hard or too easy and adjusts it accordingly. Its essentially a fitness RPG and it works very well. Charming and engaging👌🏼I recommend it.
