Ok we're all sad about the New Glenn explosion, but does it actually matter for getting people back on the Moon? Critical path is still SLS + Orion + Starship. I don't see New Glenn anywhere on that list. What's the problem?

I just don't get it. Why are some people so confident SpaceX won't be able to do luna landing before 2030? Like every milestone ain't even that hard, depot is just a ship with prop tank stretched into payload bay, refilling trip can be done with f9 cadence and docking is easier

Seriously they should de-canonize the 3 sequels and say they were just goofy alt-history stories made up by people who lived in the canonical Star Wars universe. Then make some real sequels that honor the original Star Wars. If I were king, I wouldn’t abuse my power except to do this.

For All Mankind suffers from every woke trope known to man. I'm so sick of seeing this from sci-fi on AppleTV. It's all the same. Concept was fun, alt-history where Russians get to the moon first and astronauts scramble to a space race like never before. Once it gets into Episode 3 it's all about "we need women astronauts!" and women struggling with sexism, etc. They even put a token black woman in and have a disucssion about it cuz muh racism. Feminist slop incoming. Then episode 4 drops the lesbian bomb! The nice girl we thought was flirting with one of the guys from mission control is totes a lesbian! And she has to hide it cuz she's so oppressed. Stunning and brave. Literally every AppleTV show does this. Tim Cook wanted to push the gay agenda really hard and it makes everything insufferable to watch. Should have named it For All Wokekind.
