This Veterans Day, we thank the veterans in our Girls on the Run community—coaches, volunteers, caregivers, and family members—who inspire girls with their courage, strength, and service. Your resilience sets an incredible example for the next generation.

This Native American Heritage Month we’re reminded of the importance of uplifting Native voices and recognizing Indigenous communities' strength and rich traditions. Celebrate by reading Indigenous authors, supporting Native-owned businesses, or learning local tribal histories.

Empowering girls to care for their mental health is at the heart of every Girls on the Run season. Through each lesson and activity, girls learn that feelings are meant to be felt—not feared—and build skills to manage stress, self-talk, and big emotions. #MentalHealthDay
