My children always eye-roll and comment on how I ‘talk to everyone’, such as the person who works in the local shop. They are right - I like small talk. Exchanging micro expressions like smiling and saying hello are acts of kindness and an acknowledgement of our shared humanity.

Honestly, what a performance! The whole season had been building to that game and Leinster delivered emphatically. A lot of bullshit in the build up, they took it and sent La Rochelle packing. Filleted them. Amazing. Great feeling.
