@andy4edu Thanks!! Our @swivl has been a pretty cool tool to recognizing some of these things not only for Ts but also for me as a coach. I can go back and look at my body language, facial expressions, etc. as I meet with Ts.

A1: Smiling. It’s such a simple thing! I’ve observed many lessons where the teacher is amazing, but I never see her/him smile. Smiling can make Ss feel at ease, it’s ok to make mistakes, and often they will naturally mirror your smile back to you! 😁 #relationshift

Combining STEM with SEL today by making volcanos. We read “My Mouth is a Volcano” and did four different explosions. We made predictions on which combination would be the biggest. This was our final one with the whole first grade! @madcreek1 #STEM #firstgrade
